Not everything is a task. For example, checking your email is a source for a task, though not really a huge task in itself.

What is a Pinned App

A pinned app (if you watch the video), is a simple way to pin your everyday apps that you glance it in a finger-click away. Consider pinning an app of the following:

• Dashboard
• Inbox
• Messenger
• Work Boards
• Forums

You can use them to quickly respond to an email, or glance at your inbox. It’s a clear place where you’re allowed to jump around.

Setting up

If you can access it via url, you can make it a pinned app. To set them up, head over to settings. Scroll down to Pinned Apps, and add a new app. Link it with a headspace to have them show under.

Refreshing a Pinned App

Pinned apps are not a traditional browser. You can’t edit the url. can Ocassionally, you will navigate to a weird place on them. Click on the app name in the top-left to reset them to their orginal place.
